Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
200g Fresh horseradish root
1 dsp of Mustard
250g of Creme fraiche
2 tsp of Wine vinegar
Salt and Pepper to season
Methods/steps
1) Peel horseradish
2) Grate the horseradish finely
3) Mix Creme fraiche, vinegar and mustard together
4) Add horseradish to taste, depending on how hot you would like it. (you may not need it all)
5) Season with the salt and pepper



Additional Tips
Store in jar, in fridge keep for 3 days.
