Methods/steps

1)  Cream together the sugar and butter, until creamy and light

2)  Beat in egg

3)  Fold in the flour, chocolate chunks and raisins

4)  Preheat oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4 (if fan oven 170c)

5)  Flour a board, roll teaspons of the mixture into balls (i found if i floured my hands it helps)

6)  Grease up a baking tray and place the balls on, allowing room for cookies to spread

7)  Bake in oven for about 15 mins

8)  Allow to cool on tray to firm up and then place on wire rack to cool

Additional Tips

Keep them in an air tight container and they will keep for a few days.
