600g of white firm fish fillets
Beer batter (200ml of beer mix with 150g of corn flour)
Corn flour for coating
4 large Potatoes peeled and cut into sticks
Oil for deep frying

Methods/steps
1. Coat the fish with corn flour and Dip the fish into the batter.
2. Fry the fish in the oil at 180ÂșC, each pieces at a time for about 5-6 minutes until it turn golden brown then drain and place on the kitchen paper.
3. Fry the potato sticks until it's golden brown then drain.



Additional Tips
Serve the Fish & chips together with Tartar sauce or Tomato sauce.
