8 large shrimps or Tiger Prawns peeled and deveined
2 eggs
3 cups of steam Jasmine rice
½ Onion finely sliced
1 tablespoons of
chop garlic
3 tablespoons of Soy sauce
½ teaspoon of Sugar
3 tablespoons of Oil
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
3 tablespoons of shrimp stock (or any kinds of stock).
1 lemon or lime
2 eggs
3 cups of steam Jasmine rice
½ Onion finely sliced
1 tablespoons of
chop garlic3 tablespoons of Soy sauce
½ teaspoon of Sugar
3 tablespoons of Oil
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
3 tablespoons of shrimp stock (or any kinds of stock).
1 lemon or lime
Methods/steps
1. Heat up the oil in the pan with high heat.
Stir in garlic and onion. Cook until the onion are slightly brown.
2. Stir in the shrimps (or prawns) and cook about
1 minute until the shrimps are half cooked.
3. Break 2 eggs into the pan and stir them until
egg york and egg white are mixed together and cooked.
4. Pour in soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and shrimp stock.
Mix all the mixture well and stir in the rice.
5. Stir fry few minutes until the rice absorb the color from the sauce.



Additional Tips
Serve with wedges of fresh lemon or lime.
